No. All 30 levels can be played without paying. Wait for the lift and continue, including offline. Optional rewarded ads remove five minutes per earned reward. Express Clearance makes all rides instant.

Rides into levels 1–5 take a few seconds. Later destinations wait 5 minutes for levels 6–10, 10 for 11–15, 15 for 16–20, 20 for 21–25 and 25 for 26–30. The timer continues after leaving the app. Deaths, restarts, secret-level transitions and replays of completed levels do not add these waits.

Ads need a connection, available inventory and applicable privacy checks. They also require Apple to share a range with a lower bound of at least 13. Declined, unknown or unavailable age information keeps ads off. On iOS versions before 26, ads stay off. Check Settings → Data → Privacy & Ads; waiting always works.

The reward is granted only when Google reports it was earned. Closing early, a connection failure or an unavailable ad does not grant five minutes. If the problem repeats, contact support with the approximate time and what the screen showed.

Open Main Menu → Settings → Purchases. The same purchase and Restore Purchases options are on the lift panel. The price is provided by Apple for your storefront. Express Clearance is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

To restore, sign in with the Apple Account that bought it, connect to the internet and select Restore Purchases. Restoring the purchase does not restore deleted local game saves.

Check your connection and whether purchases are allowed in iOS Screen Time settings, then retry. “Waiting for approval” can mean Ask to Buy or another pending Apple step. The entitlement is granted after Apple confirms the transaction.

Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot charge your card or issue an App Store refund directly.

There are three save slots. The game saves at level start and when you pause. Saves are local to the device; deleting the app can delete them. The game does not provide its own cross-device save-sync account.

Use the touch controls, a compatible game controller or a hardware keyboard. Controller mapping is available in Settings → Controls. For a connection problem, confirm that iOS sees the controller, then return to the game.
