Game data on your device

The game does not require an account. Saved games, settings, play statistics and lift timers are stored in the app’s local storage. The game does not send these records to our own server. Apple may include app data in device backups under your backup settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; an Apple purchase record can remain available for restoration.

The game reads elapsed device time and a boot-session identifier to keep lift timers consistent after clock changes. These values stay on the device.

Optional advertising

Google AdMob provides rewarded ads after you choose “Watch an ad” on a lift ride. There are no forced ads during gameplay. An earned reward removes five minutes from the ride. Waiting works without an ad or an internet connection.

Before requesting an ad, the game checks age eligibility and uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable privacy choices. Google Mobile Ads starts only after an eligible ad tap and those checks. Privacy settings may contact Google to retrieve or update your consent choices.

When these services run, Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad interactions, product usage and diagnostic information. Purposes can include ad delivery and measurement, analytics, security, fraud prevention and service operation. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

The game requests non-personalised advertising, disables publisher first-party IDs and publisher personalisation, and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Non-personalised advertising still involves data processing; it does not mean that Google receives no information. Ad content is capped at PG, with gambling, social casino, alcohol, dating and sexually suggestive categories blocked in our AdMob settings.

Age eligibility

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. On iOS 26 or later, Apple’s Declared Age Range service can share a range without sharing your birth date with the game. An ad is allowed only when the shared range establishes a minimum age of 13. For a range below 13, an unknown or declined range, an error, or an older iOS version, ads stay off. Players aged 13–17 receive under-age/teen ad treatment. Waiting for lifts remains available.

Age results are used in memory for eligibility, not sent to a developer account or stored as a player advertising profile. Google receives the appropriate age-treatment flags rather than the Apple age range.

Privacy choices

Where required, Google displays a message about data use before an ad. Open Settings → Data → Privacy & Ads to check your age range, read this policy or reopen Privacy choices when available. Your choices affect which ads, if any, can be requested. You can always choose to wait instead. Changing a choice invalidates an ad still loading under the previous choice.

Purchases

Apple handles the one-time Express Clearance purchase and payment details. The game uses StoreKit to verify entitlement and restore purchases. We do not receive your card details or Apple Account credentials. Apple may provide developers with sales and financial reports under its services. See Apple’s privacy information.

A verified Express Clearance entitlement removes lift waits and prevents new rewarded-ad requests. This does not delete information that a service previously received.

This website and support

We do not add advertising, analytics trackers, third-party fonts or marketing cookies to this site. Hosting and network providers process information such as IP addresses, request times and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. Following external links is subject to the destination’s policies.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to answer and investigate your request and retain it only as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Do not send payment credentials, passwords or sensitive account documents.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict processing, object or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us for information we hold, such as support correspondence. For information processed by Apple or Google, their privacy controls and request channels may also be needed; we can help direct your request.

We do not run our own game analytics or player-profile service. You can avoid optional ad requests by not using “Watch an ad”, and remove local game data by deleting the app. Consent or purchase changes do not erase previously processed third-party information.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date when the game’s data practices change.
